What is the difference in the seating options?
Premier seating is on reserved tables fronting the stage within the first 4 rows and seating is based on reservation date. Standard seating is pre-assigned based on reservation date.


What time should we arrive?
Seat assignments for Premier and Standard are pre-assigned based on your booking date. You are welcome to arrive at check-in time (varies depending on season)


What does the Aloha Seating include?
Pre-assigned seating based on reservation date. Shared seating.
Shell lei greeting.
Open bar, appetizers & buffet dinner. 
Adults (18yrs+): $186.01
Teens (13-17yrs): $139.12
Youth (4-12yrs): $114.38
Child (0-3yrs “Lap Child”): FREE
Prices include gratuity. Taxes and fees will be added at checkout.


What does the Alii Seating include?
Reserved seating on round tables within first 4 rows fronting the stage.  
Premier check-in (far right side).
Specialty lei greeting (seasonal-flower, shell, kukui nut)
Open bar, appetizers and buffet dinner.
Upgrade $25 + tax 

Premier Seating is sold out. What should I do?
It is recommended that you reserve your seats in Standard seating with a “Premier upgrade” request in your booking notes at the time of checkout. If/when Premier seats become available they are first offered to guests confirmed in Standard seating that have a request to upgrade.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is a 24-hour notice prior to event with no charges incurred. Within 24-hours of event there is a 50% cancellation charge. A "No-Show" will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

 
What if we are celebrating a special occasion?
We enjoy sharing special celebrations with our guests, let us know of your special occasion.


Can we sit with friends from another reservation?

To accommodate our pre-assigned seating, it's best if you and your friends are booked under the same reservation. You may also reference each others names in the “attending with” section of our online booking process.


Is the luau wheelchair accessible?
Yes, please let us know of your special needs so we may better assist you. 


Should I bring cash/credit card with me?
Yes, we do have many makana (gifts) for purchase from our Polynesian vendors featuring fresh flower leis and haku (crowns), luau photos with hula dancers, authentic arts & crafts, and luau souvenirs for sale.


What happens if it rains?
If inclement weather is forecasted, the luau will continue but the location will change to the Ballroom, which is an indoor location.
